Oliwa, Przymorze, and Żabianka are just one trolleybus line away. To the heart of Sopot – take a walk through the Hippodrome and Monciak. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need on a daily basis: shops, bakeries, pharmacies, and services, both in Sopot and Gdańsk. Here we find light gray-beige clinker bricks, large French windows with dark window frames, orderly, balanced tectonics, and rhythmically arranged loggias and balconies, which together create a discreet, minimalist whole. At the top, closer to the treetops, the cut-off line is formed by steel balustrades and dormers with spacious windows, as well as characteristic mansard roofs. This is an example of a modern interpretation of the modernist idea focused on functionality, clean lines, and integration between interior and exterior spaces.
